Our debut appearance at Kings Place, where composer John Woolrich is curating a series of concerts. The wide range of his talents is in evidence in this programme, with the Monteverdi-inspired Ulysses Awakes, as well as a violin concertino written for Scottish Ensemble, and a moving transcription of some beautiful songs by Hugo Wolf.
